reserve studies

A Reserve Study is a physical and financial review of an Association’s major common area items. The Reserve Study outlines how condominium and homeowner Associations can prudently prepare for the ongoing renewal of their common areas. Based on a professional assessment of property conditions, the Association can plan for repair and replacement costs and establish reserves, which should in turn reduce the need for large special assessments or unseen expenses.

Construction Decisions, Inc. is a leading provider of Reserve Studies in the Northwest Region. Since 1992, our experienced team has provided thousands of in-depth reviews of property conditions, assessing the cost and timing of expected expenditures.
