We complete the design end building permit, pre-qualify construction contractors, and see the project through the construction process on your behalf. CDI acts as your agent, your eyes and ears, protecting your interests during this complicated process.
We oversee all aspects of the project, providing an on-site presence and direct management of progress and budgeting. Our project managers come with more than 50 years of experience in handling specialized commercial and residential construction issues.
