We offer comprehensive asphalt consulting and inspection services. Since 1992 we have managed the repair and seal coating of over 10 million square feet of paving throughout Washington State. As an owners' representative, we manage all phases of asphalt repair and seal coating. We survey the site, quantify the areas needing repair and the overall area to be seal coated, create the site-specific specifications, invite pre-qualified contractors to bid on the project, and we inspect the work as it is being completed. We aim to simplify and streamline the paving process, making sure that every project is completed as promised.
