One of the smartest decisions a homeowner can make is to have an energy audit conducted for their property. That is why CDI has partnered with Greenovations, one of Seattle’s leading energy auditors, to recommend projects that will lower your utility bills and reduce your property’s environmental impact.
As part of auditing and inspection services, Greenovations will:
- check for missing insulation levels using a thermal camera
- pressurize the building with a blower door to identify air leaks and crucial areas of heat loss
- visually assess window and door joints
- evaluate lighting efficiency
- calculate the energy consumption of major appliances
In conjunction with Greenovations, we will provide a detailed report with easy to follow recommendations, expected costs of implementation, expected annual savings, and a payback report to help prioritize your project.
